How can I make the complaints if I am not satisfied with some of the services during my tour?

We endeavor to ensure that the arrangements we have made for you are implemented as arranged. If a problem occurs, the most practical way to deal with it is to attempt resolution locally with the service provider. If you fail to follow this course, any claim for compensation may be reduced or denied. If you have any unresolved complaint, details should be lodged in writing within 15 days of return to your country. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidences must be attached to the letter of claim. CTCN will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
