Terms and Conditions
We strongly suggest you read the specific items of our Terms and Conditions below.
1. Domestic flights and/or train and/or ship charge & taxes,
2. Hotels with daily western buffet breakfasts
3. Daily Chinese lunches and/or dinners at local finest restaurants
4. Excellent private guide & driver
5. Private clean and air-conditioned car or van
6. Entrance fees to all tourist sites listed in itineraries
7. Tibet Travel Permit application fee applicable
8. Travel Service Liability
a. The economy-class air charges of the domestic flight or soft sleeper/seat train charge between cities as specified in the itinerary.
b. The hotel accommodation is based on two persons sharing one room. If a single client requests a twin room alone, the single room supplement will be charged.
c. For the land tour in each city, daily western buffet breakfast is served in the hotel, and Chinese lunch and/or dinner will be served with one cup of soft drink.
d. Should your tour include a cruise, then the shore excursion in groups and activities will be subject to the arrangements made by the cruise company.
1. The international air/train charge of arrival and departure.
2. Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, internet access, telephone calls or overweight baggage charges.
3. Tips to bellboy from hotels.
The quotation on our website is subject to change during some Chinese festivals, holidays or even events, when hotels may increase the room rates for a few days. If you happen to travel at any of the periods, you need to further enquire the tour price. See details below:
New Year’s Day: Dec 30, 2018 – Jan 1, 2019
Spring Festival: Feb 05 - Feb 10
Ching Ming Festival: Apr 4- Apr 5
Labor Day: Apr 29 – May 1

According to our General Terms and Condition, a deposit which is equal to
30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation. The full or final payment is required 30
days before departure for your China tour. Should the tour booked within 30 days before departure for yourChinatour, full payment is required. A reservation for your tour will not be considered firm until the deposit is received. By sending the deposit, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Changes and Cancellations
For any changes made prior to the tour commence, the client will enjoy our free change options. However, if in case there are any extra losses occurred due to the reservation changes, you are required to pay for this part.
The reservation deposit per person is non-refundable in principal and will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.
The cancellation penalty will be a certain percentage of the tour price.
a. 90 days to 60 days before the arrival day: the penalty is 10% of the tour price.
b. 59 days to 30 days before the arrival day: the penalty is 20% of the tour price.
c. Cancellation within 30 days before the arrival day: the penalty is 30% of the tour price.
If the client cancels the trip, the client must inform us by mail or by fax. All refunds to the client will be processed within 20 days of receipt of your cancellation.
Passport and Visa
Please make sure that you have got your valid passport and visa 20 days before your entry toChina. We can send you a free official invitation to assist you to obtain your visa after the reservation deposit is received.
As a tour operator, we organize and sell tour programs. When needed, we reserve the right to change the trains and flights so as to guarantee your tour going smoothly. We reserve the right to correct the tour price in the event of cost changes due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit. We will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations in airfares, cruise fares, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the reservation deposit.
We will not take any responsibility for losses on shopping or extra attractions etc, but we will try our best to help our clients resolve difficulties.
We are not responsible for acts of terrorism, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay or cancellation of the flights or cruises.
